These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bhusatyam EOS, including SatSight, vegetation monitoring tools, building detection, high-resolution imagery, and the drone partner network. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
02 Service Description
SatSight
Map-based earth observation with imagery and analysis workflows.
Vegetation Monitoring
NDVI/NDMI analysis and change detection for agriculture and land monitoring.
Drone Network
On-demand partner network for localized drone insights and tasking.
Services are provided “as is” and can change over time. AI outputs may contain errors and must be validated for critical decisions.
03 License to Use
Bhusatyam EOS grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for internal business purposes, subject to your subscription tier.
04 Prohibited Use
Anti-Scraping
Automated harvesting of platform data or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Illegal Surveillance
Do not use the platform for stalking, privacy violations, or unlawful monitoring.
05 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

User
Any person or entity accessing or using the platform.
Third-Party Data
Imagery/data from external providers integrated into Bhusatyam EOS.
