This Refund Policy outlines terms for refunds related to paid subscriptions and data credits on Bhusatyam EOS.

02. Trial Period

We may offer a trial period for new users. During this window:

  • check_circle No charges occur during the trial period.
  • check_circle You can cancel at any time within the trial.

03. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

Self-Service

Cancel via the Billing section in your account.

Access Retention

Access generally remains until the end of the billing cycle.

04. Refund Conditions

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Common scenarios include:

    Technical FailureProlonged downtime or critical platform bugs preventing use.

    Double BillingAccidental duplicate charges due to processing errors.
