This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines rules for accessing and using Bhusatyam EOS, including SatSight APIs and the Earth Observation data repository.
Our mission is to provide high-resolution imagery and AI analysis while maintaining platform integrity, user safety, and compliance.
1. API & Data Access
Access is granted subject to technical and operational boundaries:
- Rate Limiting: Attempts to bypass limits via distributed requests are prohibited.
- API Keys: Keys must not be shared or embedded in public client-side code.
- Fair Usage: High-resolution imagery may be subject to quotas.
- Attribution: Public derivative work should credit Bhusatyam EOS where applicable.
Important Security Restriction
Using satellite data for illegal surveillance, tracking of protected individuals, or violating human rights laws is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to engage in:
- Scraping & Extraction: Automated extraction of raw layers or bulk scraping.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer proprietary models.
- Illegal Surveillance: Monitoring without consent or legal basis.
- Unauthorized Testing: Pen tests or stress tests without written approval.
- Resale: Reselling imagery or API access without a distribution agreement.
3. Security & Integrity
Maintain confidentiality of credentials. Report suspected compromise immediately. We may rotate keys or suspend access if abuse is detected.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend, audit logs, or terminate accounts for violations.
